6.1 All situations in the videos are humorous in nature and have no relation to real people.
6.2 Any sarcastic jokes are part of the New Year's humor and cannot be the basis for prosecution or a reason for litigation concerning bullying, etc.
6.3 The company is not responsible for the further fate of the videos on the internet and the use of customer photos by third parties.
7. Error Correction
7.1 In case of errors in the video, the customer has the right to demand its correction. To report an error, one must write to: hello@happysanta.md and indicate the error in the generation of the video (photo, voiceover, etc.). We undertake to correct the error as soon as possible (1-3 days) if the mistake was made on our part (software error).
7.2 Corrections are possible only in terms of photo (image) generation or voice (pronunciation, stress).
8. Jurisdiction
8.1 The server for processing payments and videos is located in the Republic of Moldova.
8.2 All disputes are considered only within the jurisdiction of the Republic of Moldova.
9. Order Completion
9.1 An order is considered completed after the user receives a link to the video by email or SMS.
10. Personal Data Processing
10.1 By placing an order on the site, the user consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data of the Republic of Moldova.
10.2 The user transfers their data, including photographs and personal details, to the temporary use of the Website Administration for the purpose of quality and timely processing of the order.
10.3 The Website Administration undertakes to use the data provided by the user exclusively for processing the order and guarantees their confidentiality. However, it does not prohibit the use of materials for advertising purposes on its services and products.

13.3 The service can also be paid for using Apple Pay, Google Pay.
13.4 After successful payment, the user receives a link to download the video to the email address specified at the time of ordering or via SMS message.
13.5 In case of problems with payment or access to the video, the user can contact the website's support service using the contact details provided on the site. When contacting, specify the order number or any other data that was used during registration.
13.6 In the event of cancellation of the order before its completion, the funds are returned to the user's bank card within 14 working days.
14. Notifications
14.1 The Website Administration has the right to send the user SMS or email notifications as part of the service or to inform about new offers and promotions.
15. Responsibility for the Use of Materials
15.1 The user is fully responsible for the use of third-party materials.
