All products sold on our website are digital personalized video greetings delivered electronically.
No physical goods are shipped.
Each video is custom-generated using AI technology based on the information you provide (child's name, photo, preferences, etc.).
2. Delivery Timeframe
After a successful payment, your personalized video is generated and typically delivered within:

Note: During high-demand periods (especially close to Christmas), delivery times may be extended. We will notify you if delays are expected.
3. Delivery Method
Your digital product will be delivered via:
Email — Downloadable link sent to your registered email address
SMS/WhatsApp — Optional delivery if requested during checkout
Account Access — Video available in your customer account (if registered)
You are responsible for providing a valid email address.
If the email address is incorrect, your inbox is full, or our emails are filtered to spam, delivery may fail or be delayed.
4. Order Completion
An order is considered fully delivered when:
The video link is sent to your email/phone
The video link becomes active and accessible
You successfully access, view, download, or stream the video
The video plays correctly without technical issues
Important: If you experience technical difficulties accessing or playing your video after delivery, you retain the right to:
Request re-delivery via alternative method
Request a new download link
Request a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved
Simply sending a link does not constitute successful delivery — the video must be accessible and playable.
5. Undelivered Products
If you do not receive your video within the expected timeframe:
Check your spam/junk folder — Our emails may be filtered
Verify your email address — Ensure it was entered correctly
Specify your preferred alternative delivery method
We respond to re-delivery requests within 2-4 hours during business hours.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
Provide accurate names, photos, and personalization details
Provide a valid and accessible email address
Ensure they can receive email attachments or access download links
Check spam/junk folders before reporting non-delivery
Contact us promptly if the video has not arrived within the expected timeframe
8. Access Period
Video links remain active for a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase.
We recommend downloading your video for permanent storage. After 12 months, videos may be archived or deleted without notice.
